VISA REQUIREMENTS

Participants from certain countries may require a visa to enter India.

Delegates are advised to contact the nearest Indian Embassy or Consulate in their home country as early as possible to confirm visa requirements and initiate the application process.

It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that all necessary travel and visa documents are obtained in time for the forum. The organizers are unable to intervene with embassies or consulates on behalf of participants.

Participants are encouraged to begin the visa application process at least 1–3 months prior to travel.

LETTER OF INVITATION (FOR VISA APPLICATION)

A visa invitation letter may be requested during the registration process.

Only participants who have completed full registration & payment for WLF7 are eligible to receive an official invitation letter.

Please note that the invitation letter is intended solely to support visa applications and does not constitute any financial commitment from the organizers. All expenses related to travel, accommodation, and participation remain the responsibility of the participant.

CLIMATE

November is one of the most pleasant months to visit the region.
Daytime temperatures typically range between 15°C and 25°C, with cooler mornings and evenings. Rainfall is generally limited during this period.

Participants are advised to carry light winter clothing for evenings and early mornings.

CURRENCY AND BANK SERVICES

The official currency of India is the Indian Rupee (INR).

Banks generally operate on weekdays during standard business hours. ATMs are widely available, and digital payments are commonly accepted across hotels, restaurants, and shops.

Currency exchange services are available at the airport, major hotels, and authorized exchange centres.

ELECTRICITY

Electricity in India operates at 220–240V, with a frequency of 50Hz.
Sockets typically accept round two-pin or three-pin plugs. International delegates may require plug adapters.
