Registration Information

Registration for the event is available in the following categories:

Early Bird: Available from 1 January – 15 November, 2026, offering discounted rates for those who register in advance.
Regular: Available from 16 November – 21 November, 2026, with standard registration fees.
Late / On-site: Available from 22 November 2026 onwards for those who register closer to the event or on-site.
Additionally, special discounts are offered for students and participants from low-income countries to ensure broader accessibility and participation.

Note: Registration fees are exclusive of GST. An additional 18% GST will be applicable as per Government of India regulations.

Note: Foreign nationals require a Conference Visa to attend the event. An invitation letter will be provided to help you apply for a visa.

Note: A receipt or tax invoice will be issued only for the registration fee. Payment gateway charges are non-refundable and exempt from receipts

Group Registration Concession

Organisations facilitating the submission of more than five (5) abstracts/papers by their officials, researchers, or affiliated members will be eligible for:

A flat 15% concession on the registration fee
Group registration through a single discount code issued to a designated nodal officer. Dedicated coordination support from the WLF7 Secretariat

Student Grants Announcement

A total of 200 student grants are available to support student participation.
Eligibility: Applicants must have an accepted abstract or full paper.
