Registration Information

Registration for the event is available in the following categories:

Early Bird: Available from January 1 to August 31, 2026, offering discounted rates for those who register in advance.
Regular: Available from September 1 to October 31, 2026, with standard registration fees.
Late/On-Site: Available from November 1, 2026 onwards for those who register closer to the event or on-site.
Additionally, special discounts are offered for students and participants from low-income countries to ensure broader accessibility and participation.

Note: Registration fee is exclusive of GST. An additional 18% GST will be applicable as per the Government of India regulations.

Note: If you are a foreign national, you would need a ‘Conference Visa’ to attend the conference. An invitation letter will be provided to help you apply for a visa.

Note: Receipt/Tax invoice will be generated only for the registration amount. No receipt will be generated for payment gateway charges.

Group Registration Concession

Organizations facilitating the submission of more than five (5) abstracts/papers by their officials, researchers, or affiliated members will be eligible for:

A flat 15% concession on the registration fee
Group registration through a single discount code issued to a designated nodal officer. Dedicated coordination support from the WLF7 Secretariat
